WHAT IS LAST SECOND?

LAST SECOND is a free neon survival arcade game that runs directly in your browser — no download and no installation. You pilot a glowing orb through an endless arena filled with chasers, orbiters, laser bars, moving walls and traps, and your only job is to stay alive as long as possible while your score climbs.

Every 30 seconds the signature LAST SECOND event hits: for six seconds the whole arena becomes drastically faster and more dangerous. Surviving it pays a huge score bonus — this is where records are made. Every 2.5 minutes a boss appears and locks the arena until you dash through it enough times to bring it down.

HOW A RUN WORKS

You start with 3 hearts. Golden fragments scattered around the arena raise your score and act as currency: every 2 waves the action pauses and an upgrade board opens where you spend fragments on speed, dash power, shields, magnet range, score multipliers and more. Prices rise with each purchase and everything resets next run, so every run builds differently. Skimming past danger earns near-miss bonuses and fills the Overdrive meter — at 30 it purges the entire arena and refills your hearts.

RECORDS, LEADERBOARDS & SKINS

You can play instantly as a guest. Creating a free account lets you bank fragments between runs, save your records, unlock 12 cosmetic orb skins, buy run loadouts like the Ion Blaster, and compete on the all-time and weekly top-100 leaderboards. There is also a daily challenge with one modifier per day, the same for every player.
