LAST SECOND ("the game", "we") is a free browser game at playlastsecond.com. We designed it to collect as little personal data as possible. This policy explains what is stored, what third parties may collect, and the choices you have.

Your game progress — high scores, fragments, owned skins, settings and statistics — is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. If you play as a guest, this data never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data will erase it.

Your cookie consent choice (accept or decline) is also stored locally so we don't ask you on every visit.

You can play the entire game without an account. If you choose to create one, we store your email address (or the basic profile your sign-in provider shares, such as Google), a display name you choose, and your game records — best score, best wave, best survival time, highest combo, total time played, fragments and unlocked skins. This lets your progress follow you to any device you sign in on.

Your display name, best score, best wave, best time and highest combo are shown publicly on the in-game leaderboard. Your email address is never shown to other players. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.

You can ask us to delete your account and all associated records at any time via the Contact page.

The game itself does not require cookies to function. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the consent banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data and reloading the page.

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. If you accept cookies, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or by declining non-essential cookies in our consent banner.

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (for example, page-view counts and approximate region) to understand how the game is used and to improve it. We do not build personal profiles.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts or any files from your device, and there is no in-game chat. Accounts are entirely optional: unless you create one, we do not collect your email address or any personal details at all.

The game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because game data is stored only on your device, you control it directly — you can view, change or delete it at any time through your browser settings. If you believe we hold any personal data about you, you may contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
